Les Mills Body Pump
Les Mills BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories
Les Mills Body Combat
Les Mills BODY COMBAT is a high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact. The instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round.
Les Mills Body Balance
Les Mills BODY BALANCE is the yoga-based class that incorporates Tai Chi and Pilates. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
Les Mills CX Worx
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
Les Mills Grit Strength
Les Mills GRIT STRENGTH is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
Les Mills RPM
Les Mills RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.
Zenith H.I.R.T- (High Intensity Resistance Training). This class is a ripper. EMOM’s, AMRAP’s and AFAP’s. Lot’s of weights and lots of sweat. Maximum bang for buck on this 30/45 min sweat fest. A session where toughness is forged and seemingly impossible gains are made. Members work together and sweat it out in 30 mins of high intensity resistance work forging bonds and building relationships through hard work and sweat.
Zenith SHRED -A crowd favourite! Get the best of both worlds – High Intensity Cardio mixed with High Intensity Strength. Build lean muscle and melt fat away as you work harder than before. Combing a mixture of AMRAPS / CIRCUITS After sweating your way through an epic 30 minute workout you'll never look back! .Shred is the Ultimate class for those looking to get leaner and stronger.
Zenith CIRCUIT - Circuit training is a high intensity, fast-paced workout that can help tone your body and shed fat. Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced and involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.
Zenith Box Express
Zenith BOX EXPRESS is a cardiovascular workout increasing stamina in the heart and lungs. Classes last between 45 mins to one hour and are for all levels of fitness. It is based on the training used for boxing so includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal, focusing on fitness and toning.
Zenith WOD- Workout of the day! This is a class that you can experience a whole new level of fun!
Zenith SPIN- The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training, with brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold. Newcomers to spin are always welcome!
Zenith DIVA- A Women’s only class inspiring women to be the best version of themselves in an encouraging and motivated environment. Tackling Circuits, Strength exercises and learning along the way!
