Body Attack

Les Mills BODYATTACK® is a high-intensity cardio workout designed to build strength and stamina. This high-energy class combines sports-inspired athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Body Balance

RMP

Push yourself and ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Les Mills RPM® is the indoor cycling workout where you discover your athlete within. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

Grit Strength

Improve strength, increase lean muscle, all in 30 minutes….LES MILLS GRIT® Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT® Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Body Combat

Prepare to totally unleash yourself in BODYCOMBAT®, the empowering cardio workout. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful instructors, you’ll strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Body Step

Energising and motivating to make you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, Les Mills BODYSTEP® delivers huge motivation. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

Wexer

Virtual group fitness allows you access to over 300 group fitness classes 24/7 so if you can’t make the trainer taught classes you won’t miss out on your group training, ranging from yoga to spin through to boxing classes the Wexer training system has something for everyone.

Zenith Basic Technique

Zenith Basic Technique: Taking it back to basics, if you are new to the gym, or maybe just unsure of what you need to be doing. This class will help you to build confidence to get the best out of your gym time. Learn basic technique and the why and how’s of what you are doing.

Zenith Boxing

Zenith Boxing is a safe, exciting and challenging class that is suitable for all fitness levels. This class incorporates the basic fundamentals of boxing along with fun drills to work up a sweat and release stress. The class is run off the Queenax rig so also incorporates all the exciting pieces of equipment that it has to offer to ensure a great variety of exercises everytime.

Metafit

Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire! Metafit is a 30 minute metabolic workout which lasts 24 hours. It is often described as “the workout that keeps on working”.
Metafit will transform your body shape, maintaining your lean muscle mass, while making you fitter stronger and more energetic. Every muscle group will be exhausted in just 30 minutes.
Suitable for everyone, from those new to fitness, to the most hardcore - no one is too fit or unfit to do Metafit!
